Hello, we’re Raw Leaf Media, a small web agency. We are passionate, experienced, and love building awesome websites that bring results. Our focus is not only on creating great looking & functional websites; we look deeper to see how we can use the web to benefit your organisation. Whether you measure benefit by profit or increased awareness, we can help to make sure your presence on the web delivers what you want.

How we work

We will always work with you in a way that complements what you may already have. Should you have in-house design and development teams or perhaps an online marketing team; we can work with and partner your existing teams, or provide you with a full service offering. At our initial meeting, we’ll find the best way for us to work with you.

Our Process

Our services combined with our process allow us to provide you with the right solution for your project.

Basic Requirements

We like to meet our potential clients, so we can get your requirements for the project and get to know your business better. At this stage we ask you some basic questions, but really we’re interested in what you have to say. We then go away and produce a proposal with a cost estimate.

Analysis

If you like our proposal, we move on to do some analysis using a combination of research and web analytics to evaluate your site performance (if one exists). We also conduct competitive analysis on the companies you tell us about, and some you may not have thought of. We’ll think about site hierarchy and user flows at this point.

Wireframes & Mock-ups

Once the framework of the site is established, we move onto producing wireframes to decide the best way to present the information. We expect to go through two rounds of review here. Next we come to the fun part - what the site will look like. We will produce mockups for you to check over and as with the wireframes, we’ll typically go through two rounds of revision to tweak the designs.

Development

We now take the designs, user flows, and framework and turn form into function. It goes without saying that we produce standards compliant code, XHTML and CSS. We never cut corners to get the job done quickly, and we always seek to find the best way to get things done.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Before launch, we’ll kick the tyres and make sure everything works as it should. We test the links, performance, and that the site works in all the major browsers.
